Honestly if that were rough on the camera it’s not worth $3k.

I didn’t pay close to two grand for my 70-200mm f/2.8 VR to put in a display case, I bought it to take pictures with. A lot of what you’re paying for with high-end equipment is durability and reliability.

A camera with a scratched or scuffed finish takes the same pictures.

A few things i noticed while watching that.
You’re either a canon fan or that’s not your camera. You treat the stuff like its a cheap toy or something. Especially when you slammed the flash closed.
Another thing I’ve realised lately is that Nikon really don’t know how package their products. I don’t believe their still using those egg carton material crap. Also the camera is wrapped in a plastic bag and not in one of those
