Hope Nikon will …
Hope Nikon will some day make an advanced amateur camera like a D90, but with an FX sensor. The D700 is still high in price.

Aaah, go to ! …
Aaah, go to ! You’re making my waiting to get a D700 in a few weeks unbarable! :o Good review, and I totally agree on the complaint you have, missiles is one of the reasons I’m considering a Cannon, that’s what they’re still best at after Nikon passed them in ISO and AF performance… right?

It’s only gonna be …
It’s only gonna be a matter of time before the 24 megapixel sensor is going to be in D3X, with-in a 3 month time frame is my educated guess. But a 24 Megapixel in a D700 sized body might have to wait about another year or so for it’s debut. 12 Megapixel is perfect for me though, so I’m gonna stick with my D700 for a few years.

nice camera man :) what do you think about the sony 24 megapixel sensor that they put on the full frame sony A900? do you think thats the same sensor that they will be on the D3X or the D700 update model?

Your hat’s on …
Your hat’s on crooked … it makes you look REALLY dorky & stupid- fix it … NOW!

Actually, you know what, fixing your hat won’t make a bit of difference … I’m pretty sure YOU’d look dorky with, or without a hat.

YOU look just like Peter Lorre :O) OXOXOX

PS. The review was good, kinda GAY, but good!

nice one dude,ive …
nice one dude, ive got the exact same setup! the lens is awesome.i was deciding for ages between the d700 and d3 but i went for the d700 because its the d3 in a smaller body. same sensor (with flash) same lcd same auto focus.the only reason why someone would buy a d3 is either if theyve got their heart set on buying it or they have money to burn.

yeah I don’t plan …
yeah I don’t plan on getting any of the new FX zooms, I’m using my good old 17-55 2.8 DX lens and find that coverage from 35MM – 55MM is very good on the D700 with minimal vignetting that you can use as an artistic tool. I hope NIkon gets on the ball and update their primes soon, cause that would make me as giddy as a 16 year old girl on her first date.

Hey thanks for …
Hey thanks for watching. I’ve played around with a D3 in a Ritz camera and have to say that the build quality on the D3 is one notch above the D700, it’s really solid and is ready to head into war zones. Weird thing is that the D3 actually felt lighter in my hands than the D700 because it was so well balanced, it was a thing of beauty. But it should be, cause it’s almost twice the money of the D700. But I feel the D700 is more flexible in actual use, pop up flash commander is key.
